Power of Caring in the Classroom + Educator Wellness Workshop (Fall 2025)

$180.00

Research shows increased student achievement linked to caring teachers.

But how?

Research shows that when teachers create safe emotional and physical environments, their students are then able to fully interact with the content being taught.

Is it enough to just have relationships?

No, relationships are the first component, ensuring that the curriculum and content being taught is relevant is the second component.

This full-day workshop is valuable and applicable to educators of any experience level, teaching any subject or grade.

The first half of the morning focuses on practical, research-based strategies teachers can use immediately to build relationships, offer authentic affirmations, and develop trust with their students. The second half of the morning is centered on methods for making curriculum and content relevant and engaging for students across all subjects, grade levels, and age groups.

The afternoon portion of our program is dedicated to educator wellness—a crucial component of sustaining a fulfilling teaching career. We'll explore practical, easy-to-implement strategies for incorporating wellness into your daily routine, with a focus on stress relief, energy renewal, and work-life balance. From mindfulness techniques and time management tips to movement breaks and emotional resilience practices, this session is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and empowered, both personally and professionally.
